From clearing the site, excavating and pouring foundations, to building the shell, adding the roof and undertaking all interior and exterior work, we have the personnel, the experience and the skillsets needed to manage projects as a single point of contact that will stay in communication with you.

Importantly, all new builds require us to work closely with a Building Control Officer. A representative from your local authority in Dorking or wherever you have chosen to have your new home built will make regular visits to site to ensure all current codes have been met. We already have good relationships with these important stakeholders and by working at close quarters with them, our building company can ensure simple certification and handover.
